Working from home and raising one or multiple children from home all day long can be an isolating experience for many moms. Mothering alone is hard because it can deprive us of the social connections, emotional support, and resources we need to navigate the challenges of parenting effectively and maintain our well-being.

Whether you are a stay-at-home mom (SAHM), work-at-home mom (WAHM) or mompreneur – come and break the cycle of mothering in isolation, build a supportive network of women you can actually meet in-person and exchange about common challenges of parenting and life as a mother.

In this moms group in Stamford, we’ll come together in person over 8 weeks to share experiences, engage in meaningful discussion, and provide each other with valuable support.

Each session will focus on different topics relevant to the lives of at-home moms, such as emotional well-being, managing time, maintaining healthy relationships, creating your perfect work-life fit and parenting. Through open discussions and interactive activities, we’ll explore strategies for thriving as at-home moms.

Join us in this space of connection, empowerment, and friendship! Kids are absolutely welcome to join – please let me know how many and their ages in advance.

Facilitated by Julia Billings, professional life, career and leadership coach for mothers and international professionals, peer group and women’s circle facilitator, and mom of (almost) 2 under 2.

Location: We will meet at the Den (a private glass enclosure) at Honey Joe’s Family Coffee House in Stamford, CT. You can grab a coffee or snack any time before or during the session. Parking is available next door at the Target parking lot. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to allow enough time to find parking and get settled.

8-week series is $195. Space is limited so make sure to register below.
